Pricing
All items in the Farida Wong Dancewear Collection are priced in Canadian Dollars.  US exchange rate is approximately AT PAR, so an item priced in Canadian Dollars will cost approximately the same in US Dollars.  US prices (when shown) are approximate and may not be current — they could fluctuate up or down.  Click the US price (or the link "US") for the actual (current) US conversion amount.  For example:

Alterations
Our garments come in standard sizes and/or stated skirt lengths.  Any alterations are subject to additional charges.

To avoid embarrassment, you should not select a strapless gown if the fit forces you to hoist it up all night!

Shipping & handling charges are extra and will be added after you place your order.

Duty & Taxes
All applicable taxes, duties, and customs & brokerage fees must be borne by the purchaser.

Availability
Most items are carried in stock.  However, if an item is out of stock, please allow at least two to three weeks for manufacture and delivery.  We will inform you of the status on receipt of your order.

PLEASE NOTE:
For special-ordered goods, please allow at least six to eight weeks for manufacture and delivery.

Warranty
All of our garments are carefully inspected for quality and defects.  However, if there are any manufacturing defects, the garment will be replaced.  For your own protection, please insure all returned goods.  (See Return Policy below.)

PLEASE NOTE:
Colours sometimes vary from photos and electronic images, something which we cannot control.  Therefore, if you are matching a colour or if you are concerned about the actual colour of a new garment, we urge you to request a fabric swatch to avoid disappointment.

We are not liable or responsible for willful damage, negligence, non-approved alterations, or normal wear & tear.

PLEASE NOTE:
Pictures and descriptions are meant to give sufficient information to guide you in your selection.  However, it is your responsibility to ensure that your choice of garment is suitable for your intended purpose.  Please contact us if you need clarification when making a selection.

Return Policy
  • All returns must be authorized by Farida Wong Dancewear prior to shipping.
    Notification must be made within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.
    Contact us for a Return Authorization Number before returning any goods.

  • All merchandise for return will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.

  • Items must be new & unused and must bear the original tags intact.

  • Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs on returns.

  • For your own protection, please insure all returned goods.
